Booking Conditions
To All Sections, Hirers and Hall Users
Hirer’s Booking Conditions.
It has become necessary to remind ALL Hirers that they must be out of the Hall/Room they have hired by their allotted booking period. They must allow enough time within that booking period to clear up after themselves, sweeping if necessary and putting away chairs and tables used. The Hall/Room must be left as they found it, clean and tidy.
